Paste the link. Cook the recipe.

The recipe you saw on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube becomes a real recipe card: ingredients in grams, steps, timers. Your week and your groceries follow.

How it works

Five steps, from the video in your feed to the dish on the table.

One link is enough.

Under a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube video, tap Share, then Yumclip: the recipe is on its way without even opening the app. Or paste the link on Home, whether it’s a video or a recipe page.

Yumclip reads the caption, what’s said in the video and a few frames, then writes the recipe. About twenty seconds; you can close the app, the import keeps going.

A real recipe, true to the video.

The ingredients and their amounts, in grams and millilitres, then the steps in the order you actually do them. Change the number of servings: the amounts follow. A video in another language? The recipe arrives translated into your phone’s language.

Each step links to the right moment in the video, so you can watch the move again. An amount the video doesn’t give is marked “estimated”: you know what to check.

Your week takes shape.

Put a recipe on tonight, or on another evening this week. Sort shows you your recipes one by one: “Tonight”, another free evening, or “Later”.

Whatever you plan goes straight onto your shopping list.

Groceries, sorted by aisle.

The ingredients of your meals add up and line up like in the shop: fruit & vegetables, dairy, pantry. Tick them off as you go.

And “You’ll have left” tells you what will be left of the carton or the pack, and which recipe uses it up instead of throwing it away.

One step at a time.

Cook mode shows the step in large type, readable from across the kitchen, with its ingredients to tick off.

When the step says “35 min”, the timer is ready: tap it, it starts and stays at the bottom of the screen, even when you move on to the next step.
